Martialhead

Wushu means ‘martial arts’, and is the term for all fighting systems in China, commonly known here as Kung Fu.  Wushu incorporates a variety of different forms along with weapons play.   There exists both ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ styles, both ‘external’ and ‘internal’ arts.  While the hard/external styles are swift, agile and dynamic, the ‘internal’ styles are relaxed, generate and direct energy internally and also have many health benefits.  The three most popular internal styles are Taijiquan ‘Supreme Polarity Boxing’, Baguazhang ‘Eight trigram palm’ and Xingyiquan ‘Form mind boxing’.
